The standards that you have ordered will be delivered after payment and after completing the translation. The translation twill take some time. The time of translation for each standard is specified on the corresponding product page. If you order several standards, then tthe imes of their translation are summarized.
The standards will be delivered by e-mail to the e-mail address specified during registration.
Returns
Except in the case of an serious errors made by Technormativ translators, we do not accept returns of translated standards in electronic form.
In all cases, without exception, documents can be returned only upon appropriate agreement with Technormativ. Please contact Customer Service at info@technormativ.com.
