Description

This standard applies to threaded connections of casing, tubing, and respective couplings used in oil and natural gas industry, and establishes requirements for the basic geometry and inspection of threaded connections. This standard establishes requirements for the following types of threaded connections: - OTTM - buttress thread connection of casing and couplings; - OTTG - threaded pressure-tight connection of casing and couplings with buttress thread and metal-to-metal seal; - NKTN - threaded connection or tubing and couplings with round thread; - NKTV - threaded connection or tubing с external upset ends and couplings with round thread; - NKM - threaded pressure-tight connection of tubing and couplings with buttress thread and metal-to-metal seal. |
