Description

This standard establishes the basic terms used in interstate standardization, and their definitions. The terms established by this standard can also be applied when carrying out standardization work at the state and other levels in the countries indicated in the preface, as decided by the national standardization bodies of these countries. The terms established by this standard are recommended to be used in legal, regulatory, technical and organizational-administrative documentation, scientific, educational and reference literature. To harmonize this standard internationally, it applies Sections 1-10 of ISO/IEC Guide 2:1996. |
