Description
|
This Technical Regulation shall cover all types of packaging, constituting ready-made products, released into circulation on the customs territory of the Customs Union, irrespective of the country of origin. This Technical Regulation shall establish requirements, which are mandatory for application and execution on the customs territory of the Customs Union, for packaging (closures) and requirements related thereto for the processes of storage, transportation, and disposal, for the purpose of protection of human life and health, property, environment, life and health of animals and plants, as well as prevention of actions confusing the consumers of packaging (closures) in respect of its intended use and safety. This Technical Regulation shall not cover packaging for medical devices, medicines, pharmaceutical products, tobacco products, and hazardous goods. |
