These rules supplement and develop the requirements for design of heat points contained in SNIP 2.04.07-86* "Heating networks". Rules should be used in the design of newly constructed and reconstructed heat points intended to be connected to heat networks of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, hot water supply systems and process heat-recovery units of industrial and agricultural enterprises, residential and public buildings. In cases where a number of different technical decisions may be taken, you should make the economic calculation considering a price level, durability and reliability of structures, social and environmental factors, and customer's requirements. |
