1.1 This set of rules shall be followed at all stages of design and operation of production and laboratory buildings, industrial and laboratory facilities, workshops (danger class F5.1), as well as that of storage buildings and areas intended for storage of substances, materials, products and raw materials (goods) (danger class F5.2), including built-in buildings of other danger class in order to meet the requirements of [bibliography reference 1]. 1.2 This document (SP) do not apply to buildings and facilities for the production and storage of explosives and blasting means, military, and underground facilities of the subway, mine openings, for storage buildings and facilities for storing dry fertilizers and chemical weed and pest killers, explosives, radioactive and highly toxic substances, combustible and incombustible gases in the containers under pressure over 70 kPa, petroleum and petroleum products, rubber, celluloid, flammable plastics and films, cement, cotton, flour, feed compounds, furbearers, fur and fur products, agricultural products, as well as to the design of buildings and facilities for refrigerators and grain barns. 1.3 In creating at an enterprise workshops or warehouses (sites) where the labor of persons with disabilities should be used, the activity should be also guided by Uniform Sanitary Regulations for enterprises (production associations), shops and areas intended for use of work of disabled persons and old-age pensioners, requirements of SP 59.13330, SP 139.13330, [bibliography reference 4], taking into account [bibliography reference 5]. In cases when workshops or warehouses at the enterprise provide for the possibility of using labor of persons with disabilities, additional requirements specified in the relevant items of this set of rules should be observed, depending on the type of disability [bibliography reference 4]. Arrangement of such workshops or warehouses (sites) in the premises of categories A and B is not permitted. |
