Russian standard for main terms and definitions of subways

From November 1, 2020, the Russian national standard GOST R 58897-2020 “Subways. Basic terms and definitions” will come into force.
The standard was developed with the aim of creating a single standard for terms and definitions, introducing new terms and updating the regulated in accordance with the current state of the field of activities of the subways.
The terms are recommended to be used in normative, technical, organizational and administrative documentation, scientific, educational and reference literature in the field of subways operation, which is part of the scope of standardization work and/or uses the results of these works.
