Delivery & Returns

The standards that you have ordered will be delivered after payment and after completing the translation. The translation will take some time. The time of translation for each standard is specified on the corresponding product page. If you order several standards, then the imes of their translation are summarized.

The standards will be delivered by e-mail to the e-mail address specified during registration.

Except in the case of an serious errors made by Runorm  translators, we do not accept returns of translated standards in electronic form. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
