Description / Scope
This Standard applies to elementary substances, chemical compounds and their mixtures, in different aggregate states and combinations, including polymeric and composite materials (hereinafter referred to as substances and materials), used in branches of the national economy. The standard does not apply to explosive and radioactive substances and materials. Standard establishes the range of indicators for fire and explosion hazard of substances and materials and methods of their determination.
