Search field is in the top left of your screen. The search options allow finding the results containing all the words which are typed in the search field.
The Details button allows to open the page showing more information regarding a particular document. Here you will find the document number, title, prices, page count, date of issue, status (validity), format, delivery information and any comments concerning the document. The date is displayed as DD.MM.YYYY (MM=Month, DD=Day, YYYY=Year).
Before ordering, please check the status of document. Current documents are the standards only with the status "ACTIVE, MOST CURRENT". The status "WITHDRAWN" means that the document is cancelled or superseded.
Please note the delivery time information since not all our documents in English version are available for immediate delivery. The delivery time indicated is maximum and it is usually less.
The prices are given for English and Russian versions and for PDF and PDF+MSWord formats of the documents. Please select the version and format you need before adding the document to the cart.
Your Cart Contents
The Cart page shows you all the documents you have selected and placed in the shopping cart during your current online session. You can delete documents from your shopping cart by clicking on the cross symbol in the row of the document you wish to delete. To add documents to your shopping cart please use the search field in the top left of your screen.
Checkout and Payment
After all the documents you wish to purchase are added to Cart page, click the Checkout button at the bottom. This will take you to the Login page. If you are a new customer, click on the Registration button and fill out the appropriate information. The fields marked with an asterisk are required.
If you are already a customer, you may type in your user name and password. This will take you to the Step 1 of the checkout process where you can choose your delivery address.
At the next page (Step 2) please select the Payment Method and click the Next button at the bottom.
The next Step 3 gives you the opportunity to review the data and confirm your order. Here you can also leave a note to administrator concerning the order. Then you can confirm you order and go to the Payment page.
The Payment page depends on the payment method you have selected. Please follow the instructions and fill out the necessary information.
You can pay your order using one of the following payment options:
- Chronopay - Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Diners Club cards are accepted.
- Yandex - online payment processing system. MasterCard, Visa and Mir cards as well as bank transfers are accepted.
- Paypal - payment using your Paypal account and by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.
- Purchase Order (Bank Transfer) - Invoice is generated automatically and e-mailed to you right after the order is placed. Invoice with our full bank details can be also requested from our on-line consultants or our customer support team.
Your order will not be processed until your payment is received. The document available in stock (those with a delivery time of 1 business day) will be shipped within 24 hours. Out of stock items (with a delivery time of two and more business days) need to be translated within the delivery time specified for each document individually. If two or more standards are ordered, the days required for their translation are summarized.
As soon as the document gets translated, a link with download instructions will be e-mailed to you so that you can download it from the web.
If you find that you are having problems with ordering documents at the Runorm web site, try resetting your cookies. You will have to enter your user data again, but this may solve your problems.
