Description

This standard specifics the requirements for textile- and steel-reinforced rubber hoses and hose assemblies for use with water-based and/or oil-based muds, which are pumped at high pressure and in large volumes in rotary drilling service and which have a minimum aniline point of 66 °C (150 °F). The hoses shall be suitable for use at an operating temperature of up to 80 °C and at an ambient temperature to minus 30 °C, and shall be resistant to ageing and tropical conditions. |
