Description

This standard establishes the method of hydrostatic pressure testing of metal seamless, welded, rolled-up soldered pipes, including bimetallic pipes, made of steel, cast iron, alloys and non-ferrous metals to check their capability of withstanding the test pressure. In this method, pipes are subjected to a specified constant internal hydrostatic pressure of the test fluid. |
