Description
|
This standard specifies norms and methods of strength calculation for vessels and apparatus used in chemical, oil-and-gas processing and other related branches of industry operating under conditions of repeated loads from pressure, temperature constraint and other types of loads when number of loading cycles does not exceed 10 6 during the whole operation period. Calculation formulae of this standard are applicable under condition that the design temperatures do not exceed the values at which material creep shall be taken into consideration in accordance with GOST 34233.1. When there are no precise temperature data, the formulae are applicable for the design temperatures which do not exceed 380 °С for carbon steels, 420 ºС — for low alloy and alloy steels, 525 °С — for austenitic steels, 150 °С — for aluminum and its alloys, 250 ºС — for copper and its alloys, 300 °С — for titanium and its alloys. This standard shall be used together with GOST 34233.1, GOST 34233.2, GOST 34233.3, GOST 34233.9 and GOST 34233.11. |
