This Standard applies to electrical articles (hereinafter referred to as articles) for the national economy purpose and for export, which list is specified in Appendix 2. This Standard establishes the general technical requirements for articles stability to effect of environmental mechanical factors (hereinafter referred to as mechanical factors), reflecting the operating conditions in a generalized form.
