1.1.1. These Rules specify the requirements to provide industrial safety during design, construction, and operation of gas-turbine (GTU) and combined-cycle (CCU) units of gas supply systems with natural gas pressure of 5,0 MPa. These rules are based on the requirements of the Federal Law No. 116-FZ ‘On industrial safety of dangerous manufacturing entities’ of July 21, 1997; ‘Safety regulations for gas equipment’ (PB 12-368-00), and other applicable documents (see Appendix 8). 1.1.2. These Rules cover: external gas mains with natural gas pressure up to 5,0 MPa outside and within heat power plants extending to the buildings of GTU and CCU; gas treatment stations, including gas reduction and pressure compression units, gas treating units, gas dewatering and heating units, gas flow measurement units, booster station; internal GTU and CCU gas mains. |
