Description
|
This standard defines the general requirements for validation of computer simulation software used for numerical simulation of laminar subsonic motion (flow) of a liquid or gas. The flow may be accompanied by heat transfer, diffusion of components, and chemical reactions. Depending on the range of conditions under consideration, a correct flow pattern can be obtained within the framework of models of incompressible fluid, weakly compressible fluid, or compressible fluid. Shear layers, boundary layers and recirculation zones may be present in the flow. This standard is applicable for validation of computer modeling software during its certification in accordance with GOST R 57700.1 and GOST R 57700.2. |
