Description

These Technical Regulations apply to machines and (or) equipment to be released for the circulation in the common customs territory of the Customs Union. The Technical Regulations set minimum necessary safety requirements to machines and (or) equipment to be observed during their development (design), manufacture, installation, adjustment, operation, storage, transportation, sales and disposal with the aim to protect human life or health, property, the environment and animal life and health and prevent actions that may mislead consumers. These Technical Regulations apply to machines and (or) equipment which are used at hazardous production facilities. Where risks posed by machines and (or) equipment are specified in whole or in part in other Technical Regulations of the Customs Union and EAEC, machines and (or) equipment shall meet the requirements of such other applicable Technical Regulations of the Customs Union and EAEC. |
