Product technical level and quality performance chart (level chart) shall be drawn for specific products, which development and launching into manufacture shall comply with the standards of the system of product development and launching into manufacture (system of PDLM). The product technical level and quality performance chart is the integral part of the set of technical documentation for products, which is used for evaluation of the product technical level and quality performance when determining the feasibility of its development and/or its launching into manufacture, as well as during modernization of output products and its phase-out or operation, certification and state registration of the products. |
