1.1. The present code applies to the performance and acceptance of works carried out during construction and reconstruction of enterprises, buildings and facilities in all sectors of the national economy: when erecting precast concrete and reinforced concrete structures of normal and heavy-weight heat- and alkali-resistant concrete based on expanded aggregates, during performance of work when shotcreting and underwater concreting; when manufacturing prefabricated concrete and reinforced concrete structures at the building site; when assembling prefabricated reinforced concrete, steel, wooden structures and structures of lightweight effective materials; when performing welding of erection joints of structural steel members and reinforced concrete structures, connections of reinforcement and embedded items of precast reinforced concrete structures; when performing works on erection of masonry and reinforced masonry structures of ceramic and calcium-silicate bricks, ceramic, silicate, natural and concrete stones, brick and ceramic panels and blocks, concrete blocks. The requirements of the present code shall be taken into account when designing structures of buildings and facilities. 1.2. When constructing special facilities - roads, bridges, pipes, steel and gas tanks, tunnels, subways, airfields, water-development, land reclamation and other facilities, as well as buildings and facilities on permafrost and collapsible soils, undermining areas and in seismic regions, one shall be additionally guided by the requirements of the relevant regulatory documents. |
