Description
|
This Code of Regulations specifies the requirements for calculation, with regard of seismic loads, by the space planning decisions and design of elements and their connections, of buildings and structures ensuring their seismic stability. This standard shall cover the area of design of buildings and structures to be constructed at the sites with seismicity of 7, 8, and 9 points. As a rule, it is prohibited to erect buildings and structures on the sites with the seismicity over 9 points. Design and construction of buildings and structures on such sites shall be performed according to the procedure established by the authorized federal executive authority. Notes. Sections 4, 5 and 6 refer to the design of residential, public, industrial buildings and structures; section 7 covers tansport facilities, section 8 - hydraulic structures, section 9 covers all the facilities at designing of which the fire protection measures should be provided. |
