New sanitary requirements for public catering organizations

SanPiN 2.3/2.4.3590-20, Sanitary and epidemiological requirements for public catering organizations was approved by the Decree of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Russian Federation of October 27, 2020, No. 32. The document will come into force from January 1, 2021.
The new rules establish sanitary and epidemiological requirements for ensuring the safety and (or) harmlessness to humans of biological, chemical, physical and other environmental factors and operating conditions in the provision of public catering services to the population, non-observance of which creates a threat to human life or health, the threat of occurrence and spread infectious and non-infectious diseases.
